Biography
Born in Genova (Italy), I graduated in July 2010 at University of Genova with the thesis "Study on the kinetics of aggregation for beta amyloids" for my BSc chemistry degree, and in October 2010 with the dissertation "Theoretical study on the photophysical and charge transport properties of organic conjugated systems" for my Master degree in theoretical/computational chemistry.
I received my PhD from Scuola Normale Superiore (Pisa) in computational chemistry, working with Prof. Vincenzo Barone on the study and the development of new methods for molecular properties, from solvatation and charge transfer, to the interaction with e.m. fields. My PhD thesis focused on "Theoretical Models for Vibro-Rotational Spectroscopy beyond the harmonic approximation".
I joined the Soncini research group in February 2016.
